Point Foundation Alumni Program

Since its inception Point has graduated 26 Point Scholars who make-up Point’s current Alumni Association. Point Foundation is proud of its scholars and proud of its alumni. Point’s Alumni Association includes published authors, college professors, attorneys, scientists, public policy advocates and even students who are pursuing additional degrees. Point’s Alumni are spread from New York to Los Angeles and all across the country. The Alumni Association will continue to grow and receive support from Point Foundation. The encouragement provided during school continues post-graduation and changes to meet the needs of all alumni. Each year the Alumni Association meets for a weekend to discuss these needs and set goals for the next year. Needs such as financial planning, job interview skills, resume preparation came up at this year’s conference. Solutions for continuing support along these lines include the creation of a private Point Alumni website which allows for networking and provides a resource page populated by our Regents with topics such as financial planning, interview skills and resume preparation. Additionally, these topics (and many others) will be covered in our next Alumni Conference. Point Foundation’s Alumni Association is just beginning; however this first year has laid strong groundwork for future success.
