POINT HONORS ... THE ARTS

A Benefit Honoring Current and Future Champions of the LGBT Community

Point Foundation held its second annual Los Angeles fundraising gala, Point Honors…The Arts, on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at the Jim Henson Studios in Hollywood, CA. A record amount of $270,000.00 was raised at the event with also brought in over #350 attendees.

Hit filmmaker Adam Shankman received the Point Courage Award and ABC Television Network received the Point Inspiration Award.

The fundraiser was sponsored in major part by Washington Mutual, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Motorola, The Advocate, Frontiers and IN Los Angeles magazine, American Airlines, Fiji Water, Sweet Pea’s Custom Florals, NUTRISODA and the Matthew Shepard Foundation.
